The Sales Operations department at Optimizely is responsible for ensuring that executive management has the visibility they need into the business, that the field is properly empowered, and that the sales and services organizations have the process/tools to operate efficiently and effectively. Cooperation and collaboration across all departments at Optimizely is key as well as a very close alignment with the executive team.
'- Application rights management including: profiles/permissions, role hierarchy, security models, Application customization
- End user troubleshooting and management of vendor support cases
- Work with stakeholders and End users to understand administrative needs, resolve issues and meet project and business requirements
'- Approximately 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Central IT
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to build effective working relationships and develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Possess strong and effective planning, execution, presentation, communications, and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in his or her work
Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
