Staffinity is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for a large Canadian company. This is a full-time position with base salary, benefits and bonus. The base range is 60-75k. The position will work full-time, 8:30-5:00pm out of the Vaughan office location. This is a 2-year contract that can go permanent after the initial term.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organizations operational and sales function and performance.
- Create, improve, implement, and enforce policies and procedures
- Achieve sales quota goals
- Develop high quality business strategies and
- Develop strong business relationships with the customer base
- Establish and monitor the performance goals of the company through verification and analysis of financial reports.
- Make business decisions based on facts, experience and what is best for the company
- Manage performance of busy sales office including management and junior team
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Manage compliance to all government and safety regulations
- Compile weekly monthly, quarterly, and year-end divisional sales reporting
Qualifications:
- MBA degree with finance or sales background will be considered an asset
- Post-secondary degree in a related field required preferably Business Management / Human Resources Management or other related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales or Finance Industry is mandatory
- Experience in real estate or finance industry will be considered an asset
- Prior experience in managing P&L, and staff of direct reports
- Proven results as a senior leader driving sales in Operations/Divisional/Sales role and motivating staff Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organization and leadership skills
- Audit, Financials Skill, Financial Software, Decision makings skills, professionalism, quality focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information.
- Advanced in MS Office Software, Internet Navigation & ability to type >55 WPM
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
