About The Role:
- The job of the Project Coordinator (“PC”) is a critical role to the success of our growing company. This role reports directly the CEO and is a huge part of our future success. The Project Coordinator is the chief “make sure it happens – and happens right” person for assigned tasks.
- The nature of the work is variable, but focuses on identifying future talent to bring to the organization, and back office sales-related tasks. The successful candidate will have an advanced level of focus on the details, and be naturally self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Sales – Various assigned tasks, email and messaging contact with potential clients
- Recruiting – Various assigned tasks, email, video chat and messaging contact with potential clients
- Other tasks as assigned or business dictated
Skills Required:
- Proven leadership and experience in a professional setting
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and exceptional organizational skills (e.g., attention to detail, multitasking, etc.
