Our client is one of the fastest growing hospitality-focused entertainment companies in the United States that is looking to bring on a newly-created Director of Sales Operations who will have oversight of all revenue operations for the upcoming Olympics and Super Bowl. Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with other organizations such as finance, marketing, and other business units.
- Build collaborative relationships across the organization while serving as the main point of contract for internal clients and external vendors.
- Develop, implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales, product and business systems teams
- Build and manage sales/service campaigns within CRM system.
- Train sales team on CRM system functionality.
- Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
- Manage the evaluation and interpretation of data; identify trends that signal new opportunities or challenges and dangers; converts data trends into actionable sales processes and tactics
- Work closely with sales leadership to create, implement, and document various sales related processes
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in the sales process
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company, including leading cross-functional task forces on major initiatives
- Establish a sales operations structure and environment that will promote and implement operational models to deliver high efficiency levels to the organization to grow revenue
- This role will create data-driven processes and leads and will provide strategic insights and direction to the team
- Compare and analyze results against budget and forecast
- Prepare detailed analysis and reports in to indicate the driving elements of changes in revenue performance
- Additionally, you will assist in preparing materials including board decks, investor presentations, and other executive updates.
- Develop and execute a sales plan with a focus on maximizing dates, growing relationships, and creating experiences designed to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue.
Requirements:
- BS in Finance, Business, Statistics or Economics
- 5+ years of sales administration, operations or finance experience
- Strong with CRM, Salesforce and list management
- Proficient in SQL and Tableau is a PLUS
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
