The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of 2-5 clinic teams of front desk staff and licensed Chiropractors in Broward County, including Davie, Coral Springs, and Pompano Beach.
Operations :
Oversight of daily clinic operations and monitoring - Work with front line employees; 2-4 employees per clinic - no Store Managers.
Coordinate weekly staff schedules to ensure clinic is staffed appropriately.
Provide oversight of appropriate appointment scheduling to ensure a timely manner
Conduct quality assurance audits and recorded call customer service.
Manage payroll, hiring, interviewing, terminations, and performance reviews
Patient Experience:
Ensure excellent forward-facing customer service.
Daily; Utilize, Coach, and Develop staff to execute the patient experience checklist
Resolve potential customer issues, in person, phone, and online.
Conduct necessary staff training to provide exemplary customer service.
Leadership:
Ensure strong partnership with all centralized services that support operations
Model professional behavior consistently
Participate in initiatives; attend meetings and trainings with management team
Be a change leader; supportive of change to implement new initiatives and participate in performance improvement projects.

Experience and Education
High school graduation or equivalent and three (3) years’ experience in management (focus on membership sales performance and coaching, customer service, and member retention)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Work requires ability to motivate and coach staff on the floor and in the moment on sales, customer experience, and policies and procedures.
Work requires ability to cover front desk shifts when no other coverage is available
Work requires ability to coordinate and work independently with your team.
Work requires proficient knowledge of computers and office equipment.
Work requires ability of effective communication and accountability with team members to perform and execute job functions at a high level, and consistently
Work requires ability to work with confidential information on daily basis.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in the clinic office of 2-5 locations on a 5 day weekly basis
Work hours are generally 40+ hours per week depending on business needs
Operating hours are 10am-7pm on weekdays, and 10am-5pm weekends
