Summary:
The Director of Sales Operation of GAL oversees Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams at Vantage’s, Bronx, NY facility. This position will drive the productivity and effectiveness of order processing and management and deliver a world-class and industry leading Customer engagement experience.

- Competent in CRM and other systems to manage customer and activity data and related system solutions and all Microsoft platforms
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree a plus
- 8+ years of sales operations experience including 5+ years in a management capacity,
- Superior experience in advanced business planning
- Experience managing departments of 20+ individuals
- Experience working with a major CRM tool
- Experience in creating sales processes and understands all aspects of end-to-end sales engagement

- Some travel required to coordinate with Regional Service Centers (10%)

Pay: $135,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
