POSITION HIGHLIGHTS*
The sales operations coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the bulk sales and business service departments. This role will require a strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced excel skills. The role requires excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What your responsibilities will be in this role: *
*
Assists sales team to prepare contract management reports and letters
- Coordinate elements of contract management and tracking, including financial worksheets, CRM data, quality check documents, and signed agreements
- Assist in administration of Door Fees, Revenue Share and Rate Increase processing
- Maintain occasional contact with leadership on Bulk Contract Management
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, typing, faxing, copying, scanning, electronic filing, and mailing
- Assists with other administrative tasks as requested
- Occasional contact with management on Bulk Contract Management
- Data entry and coordination with dispatch and our customers
- Help coordinate customer installations with internal groups
- Assist Sales Director with agent commission reports

Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Ability to think creatively and spatially, to organize inventory efficiently and effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written communication Skills
- Accounting experience a plus
- Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, billing systems a p

Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with Excel
