The Deal Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the worldwide sales and customer success groups. As a Deal Desk Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the "high touch" motions of sales cycle by ensuring that all deals are reviewed, approved, and closed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This individual contributor role is a true value-add partner and considered the business liaison to the sales and customer success teams. This position reports to Manager, Deal Desk.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales and customer success organization
- Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups, such as Finance and Legal to help facilitate the sales and renewal process
- Act as a subject matter expert for quoting, pricing, deal flow, and order processing for the sales organization
- Prepare, execute, and store all quotes and order documents in a timely manner within pricing and discount policies
- Process incoming orders ensuring compliance with company policies and provide regular communication of order status to our sales team
- Support sales team and will assist other coordinators as needed
- Responsible for regular communication, order status and support to sales team
- Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role in a SaaS environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
