We’re looking for a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills to join our elite Sales Operations team.
This is a unique position where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your analytical talent and attention to detail, but also gain excellent business experience working directly with our sales team and employees at all levels of the organization. With us, you will become a master of Salesforce.com, polish your Excel skills, engage directly with our world-class SaaS sales team, and influence important GTM business decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce.com reports & dashboards that track key business metrics-
Manage and maintain processes for:

Territory management/Account re-assignments
-
SFDC opportunity management
-
Sales rep on-boarding / off-boarding
-
Manage and deploy Sales Tools
-
Conduct ad-hoc analysis on sales data around sales performance, pipeline health and behavior, account penetration, etc. Have the ability and initiative to identify actionable insights

Strong capability in the use of Saleforce, Excel, Powerpoint and business insights tools such as Domo and Power BI.

Produce regular reporting packages to Sales Leadership tracking key performance indicators

Partner with Senior Sales Leadership in producing Quarterly Business Reviews, Board of Directors and other presentations

Provide general administrative support to members of the sales leadership team

Focus on continuous improvement of business processes through process redesign, system enhancement, and automation

Ability& willingness to work flexible hours of a global business

Occasional travel required
Your Experience
3+ years of previous sales operations experience-
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills and proficiency in Power BI

Salesforce.com experience is required

Proven analytical and quantitative abilities

Process oriented. Track record of developing and streamlining efficient and scalable business processes

Extremely well organized, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders

Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed!

Experience in US HQ’d B2B tech company with direct sales model preferred
