We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our commercial team supporting leadership, sales, marketing and our board of directors. In this role, you will both manage and disrupt our sales operations infrastructure with continuous enhancements and improvements. To be successful, you’ll need an operational sales background and advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot and the ability to work across organizational teams. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll be building and refining sales processes to enhance the commercial teams efficiency and ability to execute in the field.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with field operations and sales leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the sales team
- Lead, manage and evaluate the sales tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness
- Partner with the sales leadership, finance and HR to design, document, implement and monitor sales compensation plans
- Create board-level presentations for the C-Suite
- Manage, analyze, and summarize the weekly sales forecast
- Develop software-as-a-service deal pricing, proposals and contract support
- Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute sales management disciplines and processes (territory assignment & reviews, weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation)
- Proven experience in a global SAAS sales or sales operations environment
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally (finance, marketing, sales enablement, etc) with exceptional intrapersonal skills
- Passion for information and business intelligence
- Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Advanced experience in Salesforce and Pardot
- Analytical and detail-oriented, strong project management skills with a drive for results
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
- 7+ years’ direct management experience required in enterprise software sales operations
- 5+ years’ salesforce administration skills
- Previous roles in enterprise SaaS companies
- Supply Chain technology experience is a plus
- Ability to dive in fast, be a critical thinker and lead from the ground up with minimal guidance
- Keen attention to details and accuracy
