The Sales Operations Business Partner will play a key role in launching our new salesforce.com platform, developing dashboards/reporting, optimizing alignments, and various back office elements of CRM. The primary focus of this role is to support the field sales team in optimizing our effort and driving adoption of the platform, and helping deliver our digital strategy
In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure optimal deployment of our CRM platform
- Act as CRM manager for salesforce.com platform. Tasks include; gathering requirements for change; testing; promoting field adoption of platform; training new hires, and other duties as needed
- Update SQL Tables as needed to ensure data continuity and accuracy
- Design and develop sales reporting tools for field related to field effort
- Manage Customer Master tasks to ensure data is accurate in CRM and SAP
- Collaborate closely with local Marketing and Global Digital Strategy teams to lead the implementation and use of Marketing Cloud, Closed Loop Marketing (CLM)
- Work with Sales Leadership and Commercial Excellence on territory alignment. Support new territory alignment and mapping initiatives

Experience
- Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science Degree
- 2+ years of experience in commercial operations, analytics, CRM, or Marketing/Sales (ideally in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Aesthetics industry)
- Strong working knowledge of c Tableau, SQL, and other reporting platforms
- Expertise with advanced Microsoft Excel functionality
- Experience with salesforce.com or IQVIA OCE an asset
- Highly proficient in MS office suite of applications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex scientific concepts in 1:1 and group settings
- Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
