Schedule: Hybrid (Able to be in-office as needed)
$57,200.00 - $68,000
SUMMARY: We are looking for a creative, efficient, and resourceful Sales Operations Partner. This individual will be required to assist the growth and strategy arm of the Avel eCare operation through development of written content for sales and customer retention collateral, service line presentations, and customer communication content. This position will be the primary liaison to the designated marketing organization and internal marketing leadership and resources. Additionally, the role will support the operation through utilization of Business Development resources (Definitive Healthcare, Salesforce, etc.) to identify market potential and assist with service line expansion strategies. This includes identification of market potential and creation of lead generation framework and pipeline generation. Finally, this role will support the operation through report and dashboard creation and refinement, and data analysis supporting sales cycle times and accurate growth forecasting capabilities. This position requires self-direction and organizational aptitude, responsibility and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external teams.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Manager for Business Development Administrative Support team member(s) existing and developed. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Create, edit and update all sales/customer retention tools and collateral. Primary liaison to the designated marketing organization.

Assist with content creation for marketing campaigns such as email, ebook, podcast, VLOG, etc.

Customer training/implementation content & materials management

Create/update sales presentation tools by service line

Create/update sales proposal templates by service line
-
Create/maintain customer portal information and access
-
Maintain tools for marketing integration of communications and campaigns (i.e. VIMEO, CRM)

Create, edit and update maps, organizational charts, staff sheets and other internal material.

Software integration and management of revenue cycle timelines from sales through customer implementation.

Identify trends which require process modification.

Manage applicable dashboards for business development, implementation, contracting, and operations

System administrator for all business operations software tools

Utilize Business Development resources (Definitive, Salesforce, State regulatory updates) to identify market potential to assist with service line expansion strategies.

Identify market research framework/lead generation framework for chosen marketing organization assisting with pipeline generation

Create reports, dashboards and maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within chosen software systems

Analysis of Business Development data for Operational support, requests, forecasting growth and revenue

Internal sales support.

Obtain, organize, and update competitive information

Research related market intelligence such as hospital system, ACO, GPO affiliations to create priorities in sales targets, market potential, etc.

Develop key measures for eCare’s value proposition. These measures will be able to quantitatively and dynamically demonstrate the value of eCare to potential and existing clients

Manage the sales support efforts at eCare, including supporting the sales and marketing team in crafting strategies for client sales and retention as well as supporting efforts to build national brand of Avel eCare

Oversight of execution of strategy to ensure consistency with key messages and positioning

Submission of speaking proposals for events such as NRHA, ATA, etc. Create presentations

Customer Webinar support (invitations, registration, content and follow up)

Management of website, conference leads. Create/maintain customer portal information

Internal contracting support

Service line pricing template management

Proposal template creation/management

Contract template creation/management

Contract timeline management (streamline customer intake process, assist legal in prioritization of contract projects, and maintain existing and new customer contract information)

Liaison for Business Development to Finance/Operations

Create reports, dashboards and maintain accuracy of data pulled from CRM to assist Finance in revenue projections and timelines

Analysis of multiple growth-trajectory performance improvement (sales conversion, average deal size, cross-selling success, etc.)

Development of ROI tools with Finance/Operations to gain value proposition

Direct Manager for all Business Development Administrative Support team members

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Project Management or related field is preferred.
- 8 or more years of related experience is preferred.

At least, one year supervisory experience is preferred.

Experience in health related field or business to business technology field is preferred.

Must possess the required level of skills and abilities to read, write, speak, and apply mathematical concepts and sound reasoning to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.
