ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing the field sales teams with reliable and high-quality administrative support. This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations, but also works closely with Director of Sales for mCT, Account Executives. This role sits within the Sales Operations team which interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operating efficiency and excellence of the sales function.

Coordinates the efforts with sales to get discount approval and organize all necessary documents to be shared with entire team when needed.

Attend and actively participates the Weekly build plan review with Sales/Shipping/Manufacturing to coordinate the build plan to support sales forecast

Involved in process improvements for sales support and identifies opportunities for efficiency with Sales Operations team

Tracks weekly reports from sales team and compiles results in “MCT salesplan” file.

Uses Excel, Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM(or Salesforce.com) expertise to support value-add reporting for business insight for area and region, aligned with Sales Operations requirements

Responsible for generating weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to support Sales teams and Finance

Monthly, Quarterly and YTD sales reporting

Responsible for resolving aged AR issue by proactively interacting with customers

Provide services in answering questions regarding LC and in documenting necessary files to be successfully able to collect the funds from the bank

Review Purchase Orders and send PO receipt confirmation within 24 hours of receipt

Verify PO pricing, shipping terms(incoterms), payment terms and ensure that PO qualifies the NeuroLogica’s Sales Operations guidelines

Enter orders in Microsoft Dynamics GP with correct configuration, pricing and terms

Create order folder to document all necessary files for the order and share it with entire Sales and Sales Operations team

Reconcile order folder with finance team to complete invoicing and update the customer site list accordingly

Prepare slides for the supervisor for the weekly staff meeting

Daily communication and follow-up with all domestic and international Sales & Marketing staff and Dealers

Match Company resources with customer needs, referring internally as appropriate

BA/BS in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other related discipline preferred

Strong background in Sales & managing database integrity

Familiarity of CRM best practice and Prospect Management System operations

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment

Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management

Experience with CRM, preferably Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com

You must be excellent with technology, be able to present using a laptop, tablet, or via the web
-
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint; as well as Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome

Occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds

Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear

Must be able to sit and/or drive for long periods of time when travelling

Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation

The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.
