Role Overview
Epik is seeking a high-ownership Growth & Revenue Ops Manager to support and scale our revenue engine during a critical growth phase. You’ll drive sales processes, manage teams, systems & tools and coordinate across stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
You’ll be working directly with Co-founders and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as you prove yourself. If you love solving problems, driving execution and being the glue across sales, product, marketing and ops, this is for you.
What You’ll Own:
- Sales Ops Execution
- Build and maintain funnel dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Improve lead-to-order journey by identifying drop-offs and fixing root causes
- Track weekly performance, incentives, and field issues across sales and demo teams
- Run stand-ups, track blockers and close loops across Sales, Demo and CX
- Experiments & Growth Loops
- Design and run structured experiments (e.g., different scripts, demo cadences, incentive models)
- Partner with Product, Tech and Marketing to identify high-leverage experiments
- Track test performance, analyze results and scale winning playbooks
- Act as the “chief experimenter” and foster a test-and-learn culture across GTM
- Systems & Tools Ownership
- Own tools like CRM, dialers, lead sheets and improve adoption and bring best practices
- Make real-time config changes in CRM/tools to adapt to feedback
- Liaise with tech/ops to ensure systems are aligned with business needs
- Implement automation to reduce manual effort
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, CX, and finance teams
- Be the voice of process: enforce clarity, hygiene, and discipline
- Drive accountability through structured reviews and performance metrics
- Data & Insights
- Analyze funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Deliver actionable insights to improve revenue outcomes
- Own forecasting models and revenue health dashboards
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, BizOps, Sales Ops or Category roles
- Bachelor's degree required; Tier-1 engineering (IIT/NIT/BITS) or business schools preferred
- Candidates with exceptional hands-on experience in high-growth startups will also be considered, regardless of academic background
- Prior exposure to fast-paced B2C or e-commerce/SaaS environments
- Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills
- Confident communicator who can manage cross-functional conversations
- Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, Leadsquared, Salesforce, or similar)
- Assertive and structured: knows when to say “no”, loves to clean chaos
- Fast learner with potential to grow into senior role within 12–18 months
