Job Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role supporting key aspects of Vuori’s wholesale day-to-day business operations and processes to support growth. The Sales Operations Coordinator will support Vuori’s specialty accounts daily needs and will work cross-functionally with production, allocation and logistics teams to provide superior service to the independent sales representatives and the specialty retailers they support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Order book management for specialty channel and their independent sales representatives.
- Monitor and maintain order book for assigned group of sales representatives and retailers. Responsible for order entry (when required), order adjustments, EDI processing, order accuracy/quality and allocations.
- Work closely with the Allocations Coordinator to ensure timely processing of orders. Timely and accurate responses to rep/account email inquiries.
- Communicate any late outbound shipments with account representatives.
- Assist with new account onboarding ensuring all customer requirements are understood and met. Routing guides etc.
- Maintain internal processes to support the growth of Vuori’s wholesale account base and assist with channel initiatives.
- Issue return authorizations and credit memos after researching their validity.
- Assist in coordination, execution and planning for sales meetings, trade shows and other miscellaneous wholesale sales events.
- Support management and execution for seasonal wholesale sales initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience with branded consumer goods organization preferred.
- Work effectively in a fast-past environment with cross functional teams.
- Detail oriented; effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Recognize and recommend process improvement.
- Effective at problem solve independently.
- Customer service oriented, organized, processes driven and task oriented.
- Confident with interpersonal communication is a must.
- Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel.
- Full Circle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Comparable ERP experience preferred.

Pay Range: From $25.00-$27.00 per hour
