They are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to report into their CCO and be hands-on in developing and maintaining their reporting processes and sales dashboard.
You will own pipeline management, process improvement, deal flow, and dashboard management.
They are ideally looking for someone who has experience with sales forecasting, CRM implementation, HubSpot, and reporting.
Compensation: $130-170k+ base + 20% bonus
