The position will be based in either the Winston-Salem, NC or Plano, TX office.
The main responsibilities for this position will include designing, implementing and tracking sales contests, assisting with account reassignments and goal setting and tracking goal hitters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation, implementation, tracking and communication of all sales contests
- Tracking all goal hitters – and confirming accuracy of system data for account lists and sales goals as well as getting confirmation from VPs of all goal hitters
- Majority of account and deal sheet reassignments in the CRM system for all sellers in the MMR sales organization
- Assist with seller goal setting and adjustments for the full MMR sales organization
- Be the main point of contact for all cross-property deal requests. He/she will seek out all proper approvals to allow the seller to move forward with a cross-property deal. They will also work with the seller to ensure accurate input into the CRM system for sales, compensation and tracking
- Assist with Live365 training and writing and communicating relevant sales and CRM policies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent 3-5 years experience
- CRM system experience is a huge plus
- Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Communicate effectively with upper management
- Strong written skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at one time and understand which should be prioritized
- Computer Skills: Excel, CRM System - KORE
