Job Description
Sales Operations is a critical function within a regional and district sales program. The role of Regional Sales Operations is to ensure alignment and execution of this critical function across the region. This specific region covers offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix.
The focus of this position is to optimize the effectiveness of our salespeople, account managers, and district sales operations through communication and reporting. The RSO supports the execution of global and regional sales strategy. It also supports the delivery of a sales program that is as productive, efficient, and effective. In addition, the position requires a deep understanding of our Strategic Initiatives and Key Tactical Business Plans to support projects tied to corporate and regional growth objectives. The key drivers of the program are focused on Sales Stewardship, Sales Program Enablement, Business Analytics and Reporting. This position reports to a Sales Manager in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance metrics tied to District Sales Operations
- Align District Sales Operations with regional goals and objectives
- Manage monthly delivery of key reports to Geo, Sales, Product, and Service leadership
- Manage projects tied to Sales tactical business plans, which could include Vertical, CSM, and Named Account programs
- Provide support on strategic projects for Geo, Sales, Product, and Service leadership
- Support targeted marketing campaigns, understand your target market, and compose engaging messaging with calls to action
- Coordinate leads for Sales from various sources, including but not limited to: targeted marketing campaigns, website inquiries, ad hoc projects, and market intelligence
- Organize seminars, webinars, and other online events
- Support customer visits and events as needed
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to align sales and marketing materials and branding
- Manage communication channels, including but not limited to: SharePoint, internal sites, monthly calls, email notifications, newsletters, and social media channels
- Drive the training and development of the Sales Operations team for the region
- Manage Sales personnel recording and tracking
- Provide Commission Program support
- Support sales teams by troubleshooting and problem solving systems and processes which could include commissions, CRM, reporting criteria, metrics, revenue, and just the general sales process
- Promote CRM data integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years previous experience in a sales role or sales operations
- Outstanding customer service attitude
- Passion to drive and support a team toward winning results
- Familiar with marketing communication protocols
- Understanding of media channels in a business environment
- Knowledge of inbound marketing methodology, such as blogging, landing pages, and forms
- Skilled in targeted marketing and organizing online events (webinars, seminars)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and strong data analysis skills
- Outstanding problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

The wage for this position is $64,480 annually
