Ø Overall Experience 10 to 15 Yrs Only
Ø All India experience of managing a large sales team
Looking for Candidates with following experience and Skill sets:
Ideal candidate with experience in : HR MS / Training companies’ sales / HR Staffing Companies only
• Experience Working with HR community and experience in HR Consulting, Healthcare Consulting, wellness /recruitment / HRMS solutions : Mandatory
• B2B sales of products and services (IT and Non-IT) to the Mid and Enterprise accounts.
• Background in dealing with HR persona would be a “must to have”

· Go To Market Strategy : Prior experience in B2B Sales and Services Sales; sales strategy and marketing Strategy
· Proven success in business development and sales results, preferably with professional service firms
· Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
· Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
· Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and finance leaders of all-size- SMB or Enterprise.
· All India experience of managing a large team
Job Description:
· Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
· Responsible for Value Added Sales to upsell & cross sell other products.
· Ability to provide direction and manage, develop, and coach staff
· Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
· Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution.
· Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
· Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales team.
· Provide senior leadership to the organization market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis.
· Work closely with founders to align strategy with sales growth.
· Be accountable for results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; take responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets.
