This role is full-time permanent and is based in Ottawa.
Summary of the Role and Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Events & Sales Operations, the Associate, Sales operations will support and assist in managing our customer relationship management platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365), providing on-boarding support to new membership and managing our ICC Canada Arbitration Committee.
The Associate, Sales Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our CRM database, which includes managing our Power Users Group, training staff, streamlining processes and data cleanliness. The candidate will work closely with the Membership Relationship team to welcome new members to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and with current membership support. Onboarding new members would include working with the members to collect information and work with internal teams to promote the new member. The candidate will also manage our ICC Canada Arbitration Committee. The candidate will work with members to update profiles, manage membership dues, and work closely with the Committee chair. The candidate must be able to multi-task while ensuring to manage task and timelines.
Core Duties and Responsibilities

Working with the Director, Events and Sales Operations on strategic plans to improve functionality and streamline processes

Provide training to all staff either in-person or record sessions

Manage the Power Users Group

Responsible for data cleanliness

Provide help desk support to all staff

Onboarding New Members

Work with new members to ensure the membership onboarding forms are complete and returned,

Send new members an onboarding welcome package,

Ensuring all new member’s accounts are updated in CRM which includes company information and contacts,

Work with Communications to promote new member in newsletters/social media

Administration of the ICC Arbitration Committee

Fielding inquiries from current and/or new members,

Processing current and/or new memberships,

Managing membership profiles in CRM and website,

Coordinate bi-yearly newsletter,

Administrative help with Annual General Meeting

Sales Operation Support

Supporting the Membership Relations team with invoicing through CRM (new and renewals),

Management of the membership email box,

Updating/assigning leads to Membership Relations team

Manage sponsorship tracking, which includes coordinating recognition opportunities, providing prompt and accurate responses from sponsors and partners, tracking and reporting, scheduling webinars and video recordings with both sponsors and Canadian Chamber staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum one (1) year of directly related experience.-
Advanced knowledge of MS Office in a Windows environment.

Entry level knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) is essential. System Administration is considered an asset.
