We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer who has a proven track record of success.

Ideal candidates should have a consistent work history - no more than 3 positions in the last 10 years. This role is a hybrid position, requiring presence in the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for identifying potential accounts, creating an entry strategy, leading prospecting efforts, nurturing relationships, understanding customer business strategies, and collaborating with a team to develop and execute solutions that align with customer objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
- Demonstrated success in new business development within the professional services sector.
- Proven experience in high-volume sales ($250k per sale and above).
- Experience with a variety of sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
- Strong history of career stability, with no more than three positions in the last decade.
- Compensation structure composed of competitive commissions and bonuses.
- Evidence of revenue growth through lead generation.
Compensation Package
Compensation is uncapped and tied to performance. Offering a base salary of $140K plus commission, along with a bonus based on fiscal year revenue and profitability.
