The Sales Operations Representative owns the effective resolution of pre and post-install client/kiosk issues and performs a variety of sales operations activities in a fast-changing business and technology environment. This position supports the Sales account management team through the optimization of CRM processes and reporting, helping to drive productivity across the Sales organization and contributing to a best-in-class Sales Operations center of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key point of contact with Retail Partners and Redbox deployment department to continuously improve communication around location changes, grand openings, store closures, and kiosk moves
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tool and other internal systems to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of client information
- Partner with cross-functional counterparts including all existing/new Lines of Business (LOB), Accounting, Deployment, Machine Support, and the Sales Team to ensure kiosk-related issues are resolved or directed to appropriate department(s) for resolution. Communicate to internal account management teams when escalation to client headquarters is required
- Provide guidance, process improvement and training to the Sales Team in regards to deployed kiosk issues
- Identify, optimize, and implement issue management processes and tools over time, and escalate common issues/trends to management
- Identify, improve, and implement sales support processes to benefit the department, cross-functional counterparts, and the organization
- Maintain dashboards and provide quarterly reporting on results and trends. Partner with key stakeholders to improve detailed tracking and information sharing
- Generate reports from CRM issue tracking and distribute to internal and external stakeholders. Leverage reporting/client interactions to build credibility, loyalty and efficient process flows to Redbox services
- Effectively communicate with clients’ regional offices to proactively ensure satisfaction
- Participate in the development/integration of new tools and process improvements
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 3+ years of related sales or customer service experience is required, to include data management and reporting experience
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool is preferred
- Experience in quality management and process improvement projects preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm

New York Pay Range
$55,200.00 – $82,800.00 usd per year
Pay is based on nondiscriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skill and location.
