Sales Operations Analyst

As the single source of truth, the Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) provides the field Sales and internal teams with consistent visibility to plans, forecasts, shipments, and off-take to enable faster and more accurate decision making. Responsibilities can include but are not limited to the following: Run and verify daily and period end reporting (shipments, Tableau, channel consumption, IVR, Mpulse and MSA), turning information into actionable insights that enable end users to quickly see the so what and the now what of the data provided, Project management, leading various initiatives requested of the team as well as support channel teams with ad hoc reports necessary to run their business
What are we looking for?

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT)

The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.

Willingness to travel (up to 10% of time)

1+ years Sales experience

Internal reporting experience (QlikView, Tableau, DSRM, etc.)

Syndicated data analysis experience (IRI or AC Nielsen; Scan, Panel, Spectra, etc.)
What would be your key responsibilities?

Provide consolidated reporting and analysis to enable operational control at the channel and company levels
-
Provide insight into the so what and the now what of the reporting/data
-
Support Channel Teams with a Daily/Weekly/Period End reporting

Partner with Analyst peers and Cross-Functional teams to streamline the respective reporting so the business can be assessed consistently across channels

Utilize consistent sources and search features to ensure the same view/results for everyone

Leverage, where applicable: QlikView, Power BI, Mpulse, MSA, Nielsen, Spectra, Tableau, other channel specific reporting

Work with Sales Infrastructure to automate reporting, where applicable

Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Address technical issues

Address questions, provide support, training, and education on reporting

Work with Channel Analysts to understand latest Hierarchy needs and ensure they are accurately reflected in channel reporting

Share best practices

Positively contribute to the team’s overall engagement and culture

Provide additional ad-hoc support and work on special projects as needed.
