We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be able to provide overall assistance and support to the TeleCloud sales & operations department. A successful Sales Operations Coordinator will enable the sales team to increase productivity and accuracy by assuming responsibility for sales support activities, and the organization and optimization of HubSpot.
This position will be hybrid: in our Morristown, NJ office 3x per week, and working from home 2x per week.
Areas of Responsibility

Communication coordination and calendar management, which includes coordinating sales inquiries, cross-departmental communications between sales, operations, and external customers.

CRM organization and optimization, which includes: ensuring data accuracy within HubSpot (our CRM) for active customers, contacts, prospects, and deals; keeping track of all sales leads; running and preparing accurate sales reports and dashboards.

Assist with proposal creation, which includes: client credit checks, sourcing and comparing quotes and performing telecom carrier bill analysis, and preparing client facing proposals and presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Telecom carrier services, quotes and deal registration which includes: sourcing and creating quotes for a variety of telecom products and services, as well as fulfilling quote requests that come inbound from operations (e.g. communicate, prepare, and present MAC add-on quotes to customers), and work with quoting system (quoter.com) to ensure accuracy in pricing and nomenclature.

Creating customer onboarding workbooks, which includes taking all the necessary sales information from new orders to fulfill sales workbooks accurately.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in a sales coordination, administration, and/or operations position

Bachelor’s degree

High familiarity with CRM systems (we use Hubspot)

Strong skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness

Ability to work successfully across teams, coordinate across multiple stakeholders and projects

Interest in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed

Able to work out of our Morristown, NJ office up to 3 times per week
Bonus Points

Significant experience and expertise in HubSpot

Experience working within telecommunications (UCaaS / VoIP) and/or an IT services / MSP (managed services provider) environment
Benefits

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 with bonus plan totalling $85,000 to $95,000 in on target earnings
