Our client is a world leading software platform for the Mobile Messaging sector. The new CRO will lead sales, marketing and customer success, and build a great culture, structure and systems to ensure effectiveness to maximize revenue.

Role:
- Develop a best in class Sales, Marketing and Customer Success culture that creates strategic valuable partnerships with the most important customers.
- Integrated processes across Sales and Marketing, growing strong structures, processes and people fit to deliver growth
- Develop a rigorous and systematic programme of sales and marketing coaching and training with objective measures tracking continual improvement in all staff.
- Consistent quarter accurate sales and marketing forecasting, pipeline and orders from existing and new customers for existing and new products and services as the business becomes a SaaS model in line with company strategy.
Experience and Skills:
Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated experience in growing revenue globally, ideally with experience in telecom, mobile, Cyber Security and SaaS sectors.
- You are likely to be in a Sales Leadership role (VP or C Level) for a Telecoms, Mobile or SaaS Company
- 10+ years Sales and Marketing Management
- Recent experience with cutting edge digital marketing tactics, comfortable with Marketing Leadership.
- Extensive Sales process methodology.
- Experience doubling revenue for a growing a business
- Experience in hyper growth scaleup
- Management style that fosters accountability and gets the best out of people
- SaaS Enterprise Selling
- Analytical and insightful – able to process date effectively and efficiently
Location
The role can be based remotely in the UK, The company has a remote/hybrid model with a EU head office.
