The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for delivering integrated programs, processes, and tools that enable programs and initiatives. This position plays a vital role in partnering with stakeholders across the business to build people and technology systems that generate awareness, qualified leads, partner satisfaction and loyalty, as well as incremental growth of the business.
This position is permanently remote and pays between $80 - $100K annually with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales forecasting & activity modeling for the Apps organization and helps to translate forecasts into actionable business plans
- Work with the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams, defines ROE, quota definitions, and interaction of teams and tools to drive growth in the business
- Track, assign and manage organizational objectives that align with the Managed Apps mission
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive opportunities for process improvement
- Identify critical reporting analytics needs, drive delivery and action
- Operate as the CRM Product Owner & Tooling Product Owner for all system integrations that exist within Sales, Marketing & the Partner program
- Seek out opportunities to improve and automate processes, especially related to Sales and Marketing campaign management
- Facilitate team operations and improve the operational efficiency of the Apps teams
- Partner with Marketing campaign managers and Sales managers to effectively roll out campaigns across the organization, collaborating on all aspects
- Act as the Steward of Leads and Opportunities through reporting to insight on deal flow
- Establish operational processes to ensure leads and opportunity best practices are being followed
Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership position within a technology or hosting company
- Bachelorâs degree in a relevant program or equivalent work experience
- Proven success creating, launching, and executing scaled marketing campaignsÂ
- Specific experience in integrated Marketing, Sales, and Partner program strategies
- Proven ability to think and work strategically, while also driving rapid execution
- Impeccable execution on plans and a significant bias towards measuring impact
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworksÂ
- A passion for generating new and innovative approaches to problems
- Passionate about building and facilitating successful marketing groups
- Is able to collaborate effectively with across all levels of the company and customer base
- The ability to thrive in a Matrix management environment
