About the Director of SalesOps:

How You’ll Add Value:
- This role will create data-driven processes and leads and will provide strategic insights and direction to the team
- As an integral member of our SalesOps team, you’ll be the driving force behind a range of business-critical projects, process improvement initiatives, and tactical execution of Sales Operations
- Work closely with Sales leadership to identify and execute on key initiatives and areas for improvement
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting on sales performance metrics, top-down and bottom-up forecasting, benchmarks, trends, and ad hoc analyses
- Define business requirements for sales technology; assist with design, implementation and continuous improvement
- Lead the SalesOps Manager as a direct report
- Foster an organization of continuous process improvement
- Demonstrated experience using data and reporting to identify sales forecasts, performance and productivity metrics, and opportunities to improve the sales function
- The Director will also manage all contracts and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth, frictionless sales process through closure
- This is a highly visible position that will have a direct impact on the success of the organization and will present recommendations to executive leadership on a routine basis
- The Director will contribute greatly to the generation of target prospecting and sales cycle comprehension, CRM roadmap, and sales analytics activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3-5 years of Salesforce experience
- Experience managing sales pipelines and experience working with sales leadership
- Desire to work in a fluid, dynamic start-up
- Proven track record in leading sales teams, as measured by performance against quota
- Ability to make decisions using data and revenue metrics
- Designing, implementing, and tracking sales operations initiatives
- High level understanding of financial metrics and strategy
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a can-do attitude
- Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree
