About the Role:
Reporting To the Chief Commercial Officer you will oversee sales support activity in relation to sales of products in EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS. You will have the dedication and drive to succeed by managing a team of people globally who will focus on delivering a first-class after-service once an order has been received and ensure sales order fulfilment. The team will also be responsible for inside account management of smaller accounts and supporting the sales team on larger accounts. You will understand the importance of Upselling and cross-selling at all opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide team objectives and align resources appropriately setting the standard for sales support delivery.
• Oversee sales support activity in relation to sales of products in EMEA, APAC and AMERICAS.
• Liaising with clients and providing information on products and services provided.
• Upselling and cross-selling at all opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
• Ensuring the team is preparing quotations for clients and following these up to obtain sales orders whilst also maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records on a computer system.
• Be the main interface between operations and manufacturing for all orders and tracking delivery, changes to schedules and updating both the sales teams and customers.
• Keeping full logging and KPI’s on orders and scheduling.
• Maintain forecasting and scheduling to provide to the operations and service team.
