Position Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Operations Coordinator with strong communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for interfacing with the sales team and multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the success of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that has exceptional collaboration skills, project management skills, data management skills, and enjoys enabling the long-term growth and success of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
o Provide training and ongoing support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
o Coordinate the collection of documents from proposal preparation to onboarding
o Maintain Account and Opportunity Hierarchy in Salesforce for Prospect accounts
o Assist RSMs with proposal preparation, contract signing, and handovers to onboarding team
o Ensure key data fields, contacts, and documents are uploaded into Salesforce at Closed Won
o Conduct weekly Opportunity pipeline reviews to maintain Salesforce data integrity
o Conduct weekly Lead pipeline reviews to make recommendations for lead quality, reduce garbage data, and ensure faster lead response times.
o Provide exceptional customer service in any interaction with prospects
o Identify opportunities for sales process improvement/optimization
o Proficiently manage and maintain the CRM and any other sales databases
o Support the training of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to increase sales throughput and conversion.
o Work closely with sales leadership on projects that will contribute to the overall success of the sales team
o Work well in a team environment supporting the success of others
o Act in a manner that maintains the company’s stellar reputation
o Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
o BS or BA in business, finance, sales, marketing, computer science, general sciences, or a related field
o 2-5 years of experience in sales/revenue operations or similar role required
o 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM required
o Certified Salesforce Administration or Associate Certification preferred
o Project Management certification is a plus
o Proficiency in MSuite and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn and leverage systems
o Familiarity with sales tools (ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, etc.)
o Strong strategic mindset, and equally able to roll up your sleeves and dive into tactical execution
o Experience with sales success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, trended analytics)
o Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
o Excellent understanding of data management in the CRM
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Stellar organizational, project management, and time-management skills
