Sales Operations Specialist
White Plains, NY | $65,000 salary + holiday pay
Schedule: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM | 2 preset WFH days per month

They’re looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist Specialist to take full ownership of onboarding and activating new customers. In this role, you’ll guide clients from the moment they’re handed off from sales to full product adoption—removing barriers, answering questions, and ensuring every customer has a smooth, successful start.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Fully own the customer handoff from sales through activation.
- Set expectations, address concerns, and educate customers on product functionality.
- Hold both customers and internal teams accountable for timely activation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Delivery, and Product Adoption to meet activation goals.
- Step in to resolve post-delivery questions or challenges.
- Develop scripts, playbooks, and outreach strategies to optimize engagement.
- Track progress, categorize customers, and provide status updates to leadership.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement across customers and processes.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years in customer service, customer success, relationship management, sales operations, or technical support.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain product features; Windows environment experience required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office365.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical payments, medical offices, or payment processing is a plus.
