GNR has been retained to identify a strategic, “hands-on”, and results-driven CORPORATE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) / VICE PRESIDENT of FINANCE for an aggressively growing organization in the DEFENSE sector.
We’re seeking a proven STRATEGIC financial leader experienced within the DEFENSE sector (REQUIRES FAR / DFAR experience).
- Lead, grow and mentor finance teams
- Establish a foundation and define & build the infrastructure; processes & procedures.
- Reporting directly to the President, you will play a significant role in shaping the company’s continued growth.
- Provide oversight & strategies to the Executive team to drive financial performance for multiple sites with ongoing M&A activities.
Experience & Responsibilities;
- Defense experience is REQUIRED + gov’t / DoD compliance & regulations
- FAR / DFARs, ITAR, DCAA / DCMA contracts experience (CPFF, FFP, T&M)
- Develop and execute short & long term financial strategies and plans to drive growth & profitability.
- Strong financial & business acumen: budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk management, investor relations, and treasury management.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience & financial modeling.
- Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
- US Citizenship required
