Salesforce CPQ Specialist Job Type: Full-time | Location: Bangalore Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Specialist with a strong background in Apex, Lightning (Aura/LWC), and hands-on experience managing the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, including Subscription Management, Amendments, Renewals, and system integrations. The ideal candidate holds a Salesforce CPQ Certification and has implemented or supported Salesforce CPQ in complex, high-volume environments. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: ● Take full ownership of end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. ● Design, configure, and manage Salesforce CPQ to support complex quoting, pricing, bundling, and discounting requirements. ● Implement and maintain Subscription Management capabilities, including Amendments, Renewals, Co-Termination, and mid-term changes. ● Lead and support the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, integrating quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue recognition. ● Ability to customize solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC). ● Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. ● Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as ERP, Billing Platforms, and Payment Gateways via APIs or middleware. ● Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable configurations. ● Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues related to product rules, pricing logic, quote templates, or system integrations. ● Support data migration, sandbox testing, deployments, and release management processes. ● Maintain detailed documentation and provide user training on CPQ features and enhancements. ● Monitor Salesforce releases and proactively adopt relevant features and CPQ best practices. Desired Skills and Experience: ● Salesforce CPQ Certification – Required. ● Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. ● Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition workflows. ● Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and Salesforce customization tools. ● Experience with CPQ features like Product & Price Rules, Guided Selling, Advanced Approvals, and Quote Templates. ● Proven experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or billing platforms. ● Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. ● Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). ● Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Revenue Recognition tools. ● Familiarity with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or similar. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
