About the Role:

Our Operations team plays a pivotal role in modernizing internal systems and streamlining workflows to support company growth and efficiency. As the Business Operations Associate, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager to evaluate and implement company-wide process improvements. You’ll play a key role in analyzing internal workflows, researching technology solutions, and supporting cross-functional communication and project execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on opportunity ideal for someone interested in operations, construction, or business technology – especially someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.
What you’ll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Support the Business Operations Manager in assessing internal systems, workflows, and process inefficiencies

Conduct audits and provide actionable insights to inform data-driven improvements

Research and compare potential tools for company-wide implementation, including construction technology and AI platforms

Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, with guidance as needed – managing timelines, deliverables, and next steps while growing your decision-making skills

Develop clear, concise materials to communicate internal changes (e.g., SOPs, one-pagers, presentations)

Participate in meetings with leadership and other departments, contributing ideas, synthesizing information, and helping drive follow-up actions

Maintain and update internal trackers, documentation, and internal libraries to ensure alignment and accessibility

Apply critical thinking and curiosity to navigate new challenges and suggest impactful solutions

Collaborate across departments to ensure operational initiatives align with company priorities
Our Perfect Candidate
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or previously completed a degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.); familiarity with project management tools is a plus

Comfortable with learning and applying new technologies, including AI-powered tools and SaaS platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and follow through independently

A self-motivated and curious mindset, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

(Preferred) Familiarity with construction workflows, terminology, or industry standards

Job Type: Full-time in office. No remote work.
Company Offers:

Pay: $65,000-$85,000 annually based on experience and education
