As Revenue Operations Manager part of our Operations Team, you'll directly report to our Revenue Operations Team Lead.
The main objective of this role is to drive cross-functional collaboration to close gaps in the customer experience and maximize revenue for the business by maintaining our Global Revenue strategy & planning thanks to processes that foster alignment between our go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Provide proactive data-driven recommendations to our CRO and country managers when it comes to business decision making & go to market definition;
- You'll work closely and need to create a strong relationship with your Regional Operations Team, Central Data team, Central & Regional Enablement Team;
Programs, Systems & Process Improvement.
- Drive programs and projects that will scale and impact the global revenue functions (ex: Implementation of a new tool, review the compensation plan, adapt our customer journey, etc...);
- Define processes that foster alignment between your go-to-market teams and set the operational strategy for our revenue team;
- Manage, maintain and improve our revenue team’s tools and systems.
Business Intelligence, Reporting & Insights
- Provide dashboards and regular analysis to support your business partners in their decisions;
- Ensure that the data is shared freely between all go-to-market functions, allowing them to be more effective;
Must-have
- It is preferred the candidate has 4+ years’ experience, preferably in **Business Operations or consulting.**
- The candidate must have a fundamental understanding of “go-to-market” processes & the ability to work in an agile environment
- High level of autonomy and organization, ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Comm
- Proactive, creative, rigorous, and problem solving
- Outstanding team player and ability to collaborate
- Fluent in French and English (as it's our business language)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in any of the following disciplines: Sales Management and/or Revenue Management;
- Experience in Saas businesses;
