Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving growth through effective fiscal planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record in financial leadership.
Duties
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, investments, and debt financing.
- Direct corporate accounting functions including payroll management, expense management, and cost control.
- Supervise financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy in profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
- Participate in mergers & acquisitions by conducting market analysis and financial due diligence.
- Provide leadership to the finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives to drive business development.
Experience
- QuickBooks Online a must
- Proven expertise in revenue management, fiscal management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts including financial modeling, risk management, cost accounting, and technical accounting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience with financial software systems that enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong negotiation abilities for effective business analysis.

Pay: $84,089.99 - $101,269.66 per year
