City Innovate is looking for a Sales Operations leader to join our growing sales team. The Sales Operations leader will be responsible for developing a key GTM strategy to accelerate revenue growth, and managing the corresponding systems, tools, workflows and automations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SaaS startup environment developing GTM strategy for enterprise level clients
- Experience in a highly analytical business role, including strategy consulting, investing, investment banking, and/or Biz Ops / Sales Ops at a high growth company
- Entrepreneurial self-starters that thrive in a fast-moving environment and are capable of independently seeking information and delivering results without waiting for direction
- Strong data analysis skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI / data visualization tools
- Executive presentation and communication skills, including the ability to tell stories with data
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and lead without authority
Benefits
- $115,000- 125,000 Depending on experience
