Our Sales Operations Analyst will use their ability to organize and analyze data to generate deeper insights and improve the sales team’s productivity. They will use a blend of sales and marketing operations projects and be responsible for finding efficiencies in the sales process from lead to close, analyzing Salesforce records for accuracy, improving data completeness, optimizing sales and prospecting tools and their integration with Salesforce, and enforcing Sales’ adoption of the systems, tools and sales processes.

Regularly evaluate the current state sales process and related documentation (from lead to close), collaborate with process partners to address gaps or required updates and communicate important updates to the field

Routinely audit the integrity of key Salesforce data and implement processes to regularly refresh data as needed

Monitor the health of open opportunities in the pipeline to ensure that all are being worked and updated accurately within Salesforce; work with BDR and Sales Team members to enforce the lead-to-close process as needed

Identify ways to streamline Salesforce processes and optimize integrations of our 3rd party Sales and Marketing tools with Salesforce

Build a partnership with the Salesforce Administrator to prioritize our JIRA tickets and move our projects to completion within agreed-upon timelines

Gain proficiency with our sales tools; manage the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimizations of the tools; share standard methodologies with users

Create and manage weekly sales and marketing reports for internal operational use, data trend monitoring, prospect targeting, and sales KPI analysis

Track results of sales programs and communicate all commission-qualified deals to RevOps on a quarterly basis

Update Salesforce Account and Opportunity owners as needed (new hire assignments, territory realignments, account transfers, etc.)

Collect feedback from the Sales Organization on process and tool enhancements and make recommendations on implementation plans

Research best-of-breed sales tools and sales program ideas to help drive sales speed and performance improvements

Participate in data cleansing and enrichment exercises in Salesforce

Bachelors degree in Business or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and/or Marketing Ops role

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS technology/software company

Experience with CRM, CRM Reports, and Marketing Automation processes

Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to travel up to 10% (travel is minimal)

Experience with Salesforce.com, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, Power BI

Knowledge of the insurance industry
