Sr. Deal Desk Analyst

What You'll Do
The Sr. Deal Desk Analyst is a key member of the sales operations, deal operation center working cross functionally with sales, success, finance, services, legal and IT to help accelerate deal cycles to close. In this role you will serve as the liaison between the deal operations center and our field sales organization, providing end to end quote to order guidance and support along with process improvement.
What You Will be Responsible for
Support all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract creation, pricing, review and approval for offers, contract management and providing support to field sales for quoting purposes
Review, interpret and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate and verify compliance with internal booking policies (and external regulations)
Handle day-to-day queries from groups including, sales, sales development, legal and finance teams using quoting tools and CRM system.
Drive system and process enhancements to improve the team’s scalability and efficiency
Assist with the onboarding of new sales reps around the use of quoting tools and CRM system
Who You Are
Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and have the ability to think critically in problem solving situations
Experience in cross functional project execution, and continually driven to improve performance
Have impeccable organizational skills, and attention to detail
Excellent work ethic with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Show excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to any audience
What Makes You Qualified
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Salesforce.com and enterprise quoting tools
Knowledgeable of the sales process from complex enterprise SaaS sales
Strong understanding of revenue recognition considerations
Spanish Speaking preferred
