Avant Ministries / Crossworld Seeks Strategic CFO to Lead Financial Stewardship & Mission-Driven Growth

Avant Ministries / Crossworld is searching for a purpose-driven, visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who brings both strong financial leadership and a passion for global mission.

Avant Ministries / Crossworld exists to catalyze church-planting and movement-building among the unreached, empowering cross-cultural workers, and stewarding resources so the gospel flourishes in every part of the world. This is a calling for a leader who can steward financial integrity, inspire cross-functional teams, and develop sustainable systems that enable global ministry impact for years to come.

A key focus for the next CFO will be strategic financial planning, global fund‐management, and accountability—someone with a proven track record of leading complex financial operations in ministry or non-profit settings, developing budgeting and forecasting systems, ensuring compliance with international and U.S. standards, and partnering with leadership to multiply mission impact.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: To be discussed during the interview process.
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pension, 403(b) contribution
Vacation: Ten (10) Paid Time Off (PTO) for the 1st year and one day added in each succeeding year to a maximum of five weeks (25 days), 12 paid holidays annually, and one sick day per month which can accumulate to a maximum of 160 hours or 4 weeks
Work Location: Avant/Crossworld office in Kansas City, KS
Relocation: Provided as needed
