About the role/opportunity
We’re seeking our first Sales Operations Manager to play an important role in the global build out of a world-class go-to-market engine. You must be dynamic, data driven and on top of the latest tools, techniques and technologies to be able to ensure the maximum efficiency of our revenue teams. Already working with the likes of Dior, Chanel, Lacoste, Bloomingdales, and Luxottica, this is a unique opportunity to help accelerate our success and your career.
What you’ll get up to
- Optimise and improve our CRM (Hubspot)
- Build revenue-based reporting and analytics to enable the business and execute on our strategy
- Own the sales operations strategy including forecasting, reporting and analytics, tools and systems
- Work in close partnership with sales leadership on account and territory mapping, along with quota allocation and compensation plans
- Develop a successful sales on-boarding plan
- Ownership of key tools

- Hubspot, Ebsta, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Vidyard, Lavender, Domo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
