Stannp.com is a North Devon-headquartered MarTech scaleup. We have grown consistently year on year since 2014 and now have teams in the UK and USA. Our company is a disruptor, changing the way consumers and businesses on both sides of the Atlantic buy and launch direct mail campaigns (direct mail – made simple). We’re launching multiple new offerings over the next year, including new features on our core platform and additional marketplace apps.
About You
You’re an experienced marketing/revenue operations manager with deep expertise in B2C, as well a working understanding of B2B. You like a start-up or scaleup environment where meetings give way to execution and where imperfect action now is better than perfection at some point in the future. You’ve managed systems pointed outside the UK, ideally in the USA or another non-EU market. You relish coming a across a problem you’ve never met before. You prefer to be managed by KPI than against a task-list. You devour data and love nothing more than applying your analytical skills to a complex challenge.
About the Role
As the Marketing/Revenue Operations Manager you will play a key role in driving Stannp.com’s next phase of expansion. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will have the systems (HubSpot), space and (fun) challenges to succeed at radically optimizing the shape of our pipeline and acquisition.
- Be a key member of the revenue team and ensure our campaigns, processes, and tracking are seamlessly integrated and optimized.
- Mine our data warehouse. Connect the dots and help us see our business and our growth clearly.
- Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) captures the information we need to report on sales and marketing effectiveness and roll out iterations to constantly enhance our activities.
- Help define high-performing lead scoring criteria for our various revenue streams so we can capture and fill quality pipelines per product.
- Lead on attribution to support marketing spend on the right channels.
- Lead on processes automation, making sure we operate at maximum efficiency, delivering the right messages, at the right prospects, at the right time.
- Ensure all new data is nurtured effectively and that our campaigns are continually optimized.
