Pathpoint is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to implement meaningful processes that drive productivity for the marketing and sales functions while delivering a cohesive experience for the customer. This is a crucial role in the growth of our business. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the President/CRO for sales processes to turn prospects into active users (specifically insurance agents who become active users of our technology platform).
You’ll own top-of-funnel processes by managing and optimizing our outbound email marketing program, sourcing and managing leads, creating reports for marketing and sales teams on success metrics, directly managing the business development team and any other team members that support this part of the go-to-market function, and ensuring various software operates as needed for high efficiency and automation on both teams.
What you'll do:
- Drive and hold ownership over all top-of-funnel marketing and sales processes
- Develop and implement automation in Salesforce and other marketing software, such as Outreach, Customer.io and Seamless.ai for sales and marketing teams for cohesive recruitment and engagement experiences
- Help drive email marketing campaigns that deliver quality leads and registered users for our business development team to engage with and turn into active clients
- Actively manage the business development team that drives registrations and activations
- Analyze and recommend areas of improvement for increased productivity of sales and marketing teams, including determining process-driven factors that lead to increased conversions
- Track marketing and conversion metrics and use your expertise of process to deliver more lift week over week
- Manage and assess 3rd party lead data vendors; run campaigns against 3rd party leads and assess ROI
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for distribution partnerships
- Manage reporting of all top and mid funnel metrics and KPIs
What we look for:
- You’ve served in a Marketing or Sales role where you were directly engaged in the creation and implementation of email marketing, campaign management, and automation for 5+ years, preferably 2+ of those years at a high growth company
- You’re extremely comfortable getting data out of tools and databases and using it make impactful decisions
- You have a high level of proficiency using, managing and integrating marketing software with Salesforce
- You have experience in sales enablement and/or marketing automation software required (we use Outreach.io and Customer.io but experience in similar tools is sufficient)
- You have experience with email and CRM strategy, customer segmentation and analytics
- You have experience identifying and implementing process improvements for sales and marketing teams
- Knowledge of SQL a plus
