POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
This role will be responsible for the administering the company’s CRM system, will provide sales support across the organization, and provide information to current and prospective customers who are interested in doing business with the company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Salesforce Administration and Data Management
a. Manages CRM system including integration with applicable systems, configuration changes and best practices to ensure efficient use of the system
b. Manages data integrity and resolution for customer data along with weekly governance processes to ensure data is properly collected, stored, analyzed, and available for use by Sales
c. Provides appropriate CRM training and other on-boarding training
d. Works cross functionally across Arcadia departments, Sales and sites to create reports that capture key commercial KPIs and facilitates meaningful sales analysis
e. Performs upon request ad-hoc analytics including customer profiles, historical trend analysis, market share and other profitability analysis
2. Sales Support
a. Collaborates with Sales to analyze external market data including import / export data, market trends, customer databases etc. to generate actionable insights
b. Responsible to master and use all Arcadia data platforms (ERP, CRM etc.) to obtain necessary information and analyze it for the effectiveness sales team
c. Coordinates Sales rate increase processes including rate analytics, site engagement to develop customer targets, pricing roll out support including selling stories and post audit tracking of price realization
d. Coordinates requests for customer pricing and bid responses for any new or business renewals
e. Owns repository of customer contracts and tracks renewals and manages alerts and process to ensure timely negotiations for renewals
3. Inside Sales Resource
a. Performs initial triage for inquiries from outside parties interested in doing business with Arcadia through web forms, phone calls and emails to general mailbox
b. Able to price out smaller or one-time programs under defined thresholds
c. Supports sales efforts at various trade shows or marketing events
QUALIFICATIONS
1. BA or BS degree or equivalent relevant experience required
2. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analytics and marketing insight generation
3. Responsive problem solving and action action-oriented mindset
4. Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
6. Ability to analyze, understand, synthesize and clearly summarize / communicate large amounts of financial and market performance data
7. Knowledge of financial statements and ability to interpret financial reports
8. Ability to read, understand & interpret legal contracts
9. Strong experience in use of MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as analytical / visualization tools like Tableau
10. Hands on experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com).
11. Ability to travel up to 20%
