What We’re Looking For in a CRO- VP of Sales
Do you have the skills and experience of a CRO or senior-level VP of Sales, but also the critical X factor of being amazing at connecting with people, inspiring them and holding them accountable? Then you’re exactly what we’re looking for in a chief revenue officer.
In this position, you’ll lead and motivate our Inside Sales Team, Real Estate Agents, Sales Management Team, Training. Most critically, you’ll work with our sales team to build deep relationships. We’re not about creating a boiler room culture at KLRE. We have the technical infrastructure. We have the data. We have the science. Now we’re expanding the “art” of creating strong connections. We need someone who can mentor our sales team so they can create positive experiences for our customers.
As chief revenue officer, you’ll obviously be accountable on revenue. But we’ll also count on you to inspire our sales team to be their very best. You’ll create and hold them to KPIs that raise the bar and keep everyone on track. You’ll develop KLRE’s strategic growth plans, which are based on market research, customer feedback, competitive analysis and technical feasibility. And you’ll oversee our innovative recruiting team, which is proven effective at attracting excellent talent to the organization.

Duties
· Oversee development and management of our entire sales function, including the departments that support our agents: Inside Sales Agent (call center, lead generation), Agent Recruiting, Sales Management (leaders of agents’ teams) and Training.
· Work with the leadership team to create and raise standards, drive performance, generate and distribute leads/pipeline, ensure rapid response to leads, and implement processes to support revenue growth.
·Create and oversee a world class lead follow up and nurture program. No customer gets left behind.
· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the company's market share and meet revenue objectives.
· Forge deep and long-lasting connections with the sales team so they can better develop.
· Propose and implement new ways to increase revenue and profitability.
· Proactively identify new opportunities to provide value to customers and ensure that KLRE lives up to its standing as the nation’s premier convenience-based real estate company.
· Expert in sales CRM communication and coach, train, and hold agents accountable to having the right conversations.
· Raise and enforce the standards through high level accountability
Personal & Professional Qualifications

· 10+ years managing and developing sales teams in large-ticket, direct-to-consumer sales in real estate, automotive or insurance.
· Deep experience in sales management, business development, customer experience management and automation.
· Experience in business process reengineering, developing and implementing enterprise-wide processes using best practices and latest technologies.
· Proven track record of success in building and managing large sales teams.
· Experience with Salesforce or Hubspot.
· Skilled at translating company objectives into actionable items.
· Must be familiar with companies that run on the EOS system.
· A sales training background that had a high emphasis on the sales team retaining the information taught.
· A proven leader that can lead a small team but also be completely comfortable ‘doing the work’.
· Thrive in an entrepreneurial organization. Fast paced and constant innovation.
· Believe in being held accountable and holding others accountable.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
