The Role:
The Sales Operations Specialist at Confie supports the sustainment and optimization of sales and sales management tools and processes related to lead generation, lead distribution, lead conversion, the sales process, quality pre-underwriting, and customer retention. - Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify and address opportunities to optimize the sales funnel and pre-underwriting practices, as well as Sales Manager and Producer knowledge and skill gaps
- Manage key initiatives and exercise independent judgement related to lead generation, lead distribution, lead conversion, the sales process, quality pre-underwriting, and customer retention
- Support design and implementation of differentiating selling and sales management tools
- Support evaluation and sustainment of selling and sales management tools to ensure continued organizational impact and adherence to evolving business needs
- Establish and measure achievement of personal performance goals
- Communicate effectively and professionally using a variety of media, including but not limited to email, in-person meetings, and telephone
The Perfect Match:
- Extensive sales and customer service experience
- 2 years project management experience
- 2 years insurance industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Exceptional organization and time management skill
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with business orientation
- Conversational written and spoken Spanish
