We have immediate openings for the Head of Global Sales Operations – Regional Business Partners & Deal Desk
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, customer-oriented, Head of Global Sales Operations – Regional Business Partners & Deal Desk to support the Global Sales Leadership in driving seamless Regional Business operations, build the Global Deal Desk and drive governance through systems, tools, dashboards and reports and work on strategic / operational projects. This role offers a huge opportunity to make a significant impact within Arcserve by driving strategy and operations for our APJ business and furthering the development of this growing team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and drive end to end regional business operations for Global; with a special focus on managing a team of Sales Operations Business Partners to drive regional planning, demand generation and forecasting.
- Build and drive set of KPIs and Dashboards together with Sales Leadership Team. Course correct where changes needed and drive set of actions to improve business performance.
- Define and build Global Deal Desk together with sales leadership and drive strategic projects for the global and regional business to further improve regional business performance
- Partner with regional sales leadership in driving GTM planning process that includes Org structure, headcount investment, coverage model, quota setting
- Run productivity analysis and make suggestions how to further improve top and bottom line for the company.
- Onboard and ramp up team of graduates on Arcserve systems / processes; get them up to speed to start running reports and dashboard independently
- Work closely with Regional Partner Program and align on key incentives for partners that will feed into governance and accountability framework for partners and for PAMs internally
- Design Governance framework for internal resources such as PAMs, CAMs, TAMs etc to gauge their performance and build dashboard / reports behind to measure on regular basis
- Take on Transformational / Ad hoc projects from time to time; as directed by Operations leadership
Required Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Regional Business Ops, Deal Desk, Analytics or similar role
- BA/BS Qualification , MBA preferred
- Good at building Salesforce dashboards / reports, strong MS office, Excel and Power point skills
- Adept at learning new tools / systems where needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with Global teams within Arcserve
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and to dynamic work environment
- One must be honest and prioritizing the team work
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the business continuity industry
- Knowledge of SaaS
- Remote working from India or Europe
