Your Responsibilities
- You develop and implement strategic customer engagement and retention programs for our client’s key enterprise customers.
- You build trusting relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers, leveraging their know-how to drive program success.
- You create cross-functional customer strategies, manage multiple programs in parallel, and present visions and results convincingly to the executive level.
- You conduct data analyses, derive insights, and provide well-founded recommendations for different management levels.
- You define and track KPIs and OKRs, identify risks, implement measures, and continuously optimize processes and tools.
Your Profile
- Ideally, you hold a university degree and bring relevant experience in program management, customer engagement, sales operations, enterprise sales, or a comparable field.
- You have experience in the cloud or technology environment and feel confident engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- You leverage your strong analytical skills to effectively use data, metrics, and reports to drive program success.
- You excel in communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus) and are able to manage complex cross-functional projects even without formal authority.
