Title: Revenue Operations Manager / Director
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Compensation: $105K-$130K
About the Job
- We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager / Director to help us build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing revenue strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, and best practices
- Use your understanding of our revenue and tech to pinpoint the points of greatest friction, confusion, or frustration and enact solutions (simple whenever possible) to make those tools work together seamlessly
- Understand our most important data at the granular level, and how it connects to the entire customer lifecycle
- Assist with lead, sales, and churn forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing on the handoff and nurturing of inbound leads
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement to ensure our sales team has the sales collateral they need to close deals
- Champion data hygiene and design systems to ensure its maintenance
- Act as an internal champion for our customers and their data

What You’ll be Doing:
- Own all aspects of Lead to Revenue funnel reporting and accuracy
- Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue
- Analyze and manage current database and marketing & sales tech stack
- Evaluate additional technologies to improve and optimize our go-to-market strategy
- Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Drive accuracy and consistency in sales forecasting
- Find, document and implement scalable solutions to problems using a wide range of technologies and applications
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, it’s impact on the business and the desired outcome the team wishes to achieve
- Perform detailed investigations to reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward
- Work across a mix of proactive projects and reactive support for business stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead by influence on company-wide initiatives to move the needle on revenue growth
What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- 3-5 years of revenue operations experience (ideally at a B2B SaaS company)
- Administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools in the Marketing, Sales & Customer Experience tech stack for SaaS companies, with a desire to learn how to become an expert
- Understanding of key SaaS Sales, Marketing, and CX concepts and how they work in practice (e.g., solution selling)
- The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points, and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes
- Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
- Experience working with BI/Analytics tools
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive kind of a person
- Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
- Great communicator and can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
