As the CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company’s strategy and operations. You will provide strategic financial direction, manage investor/stakeholder relations, ensure financial health, and support business growth through efficient capital and risk management.

Key Requirements:
- CA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, F&B, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong understanding of financial management, MIS reporting, cost control, tax planning, and statutory compliance.
- Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic planning.
- Hands-on experience in ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High integrity, transparency, and ability to handle confidential information.
