We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all aspects of our financial operations with emphasis on long-term growth, sustainability, and mission alignment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of financial leadership experience in behavioral health/SUD settings with PE-backed organization experience. This role works closely with the Board of Directors and executive team to develop financial strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize organizational performance.
